our Founder

Ozzie knows what it means to serve. For 18 years, he gave everything he had to his country — his strength, his time, and pieces of himself that can’t be replaced. When his military career came to an end, the battles didn’t stop. They just changed. The uniform came off, but the weight of war stayed on. Like so many veterans and first responders, Ozzie faced the silent fight of PTSD — the sleepless nights, the loss of purpose, and the struggle to find peace in a world that suddenly felt so different.

Then, he found something that spoke to his soul — motorcycles and the open road. The hum of the engine, the wind cutting through the silence, the unspoken bond between riders. Riding wasn’t just a hobby — it was therapy. It was freedom. It was life again.

Through that freedom, Ozzie discovered a new mission: helping other veterans and first responders find the same healing he did. That’s how Operation Iron Horse was born — from pain, from resilience, and from the brotherhood that never fades.

Today, Ozzie rides not just for himself, but for every brother and sister who’s ever felt alone after service. Through Operation Iron Horse, he’s turning struggle into strength, and showing that healing can start with the simple act of getting back in the saddle and hitting the road.
